Our Lightly Signature Green Smoothie was one of the main reasons we wanted to offer a flavourless option. It’s delicious and packed full of goodness.
- 2 scoops ( 1 serve of 63 grams) of Flavourless shake
- 1 kiwi fruit, skin removed
- Small handful of mint
- 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener
Please note this recipe should amount to just under 1 cup (200mL) per serve. Consume this over one hour or as tolerated .
