Chocolate Berry Bliss

Benefits : Packed with antioxidants and probiotics for gut health.

  • 2 scoops Lightly chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 250mL water
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Blend everything together until smooth.
  • Add more water if thinner consistency is desired.
