Choco-Banana Power Smoothie

Benefits : High in potassium and healthy fats, perfect for post-workout recovery.

  • 2 scoops Lightly chocolate protein powder
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 250mL water
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Adjust consistency with more water if needed.
